Homecoming was born nearly seven years ago from a question that has continued to shape my work ever since:
"What happens when we stop looking everywhere else for what we need and learn how to find our way back to ourselves?"
Since then, Homecoming has grown alongside me — shaped by the women I’ve worked with, the practices that have changed us, and everything I’ve learned about what it takes to actually hear yourself beneath the pressure, expectations, patterns, and noise.
This one is personal for me.
And now, there are two ways to experience it.

WHAT HOMECOMING
IS REALLY ABOUT
Maybe you’ve gotten very good at showing up.

But being dependable doesn’t automatically mean you feel deeply connected to yourself.
Homecoming creates intentional space to notice what has become easier to ignore.
Your body.
Your emotions.

Your truth.
You are not coming here because there is another person you need
to become.
You are coming here to strengthen your ability to hear yourself, trust yourself, and return to yourself.
And somewhere along the way, you may look up and recognize that a new version of you has emerged — not because you abandoned who you were, but because you learned how to listen more deeply to who you already are.

HOMECOMING LIVE
Once a year, we come home together.
Homecoming Live gives you the fully unlocked 12-module journey — but you don’t move through it alone.
Throughout the season, we follow a shared weekly rhythm and gather regularly to talk about what the work is actually bringing up in our lives.
You can move ahead.
You can revisit something that needs more time.
You can slow down when life asks you to.
Homecoming will meet you where you are.
Our shared rhythm simply gives us a place to land together.
You’ll receive everything in the Homecoming Library, plus:

A private WhatsApp co-regulatory community for real-time reflection, connection and accountability throughout the season

20% savings on individual sessions with Rah during the Live Season

3-months of Adult Time Out beginning after Homecoming Live concludes in December

The lesson may happen inside the module.
The integration happens in your life.
Our Sunday Integration Circles are where we bring the real stuff:

The conversation you handled differently.
The thing your body has been trying to tell you. -
The boundary you noticed yourself abandoning.

The emotion you finally found language for.

The pattern you can suddenly see while you’re in it instead of three days later.
We’ll use the week’s shared theme as our landing place and go from there.
You may be further along in the curriculum than someone else.
You may need more time with what you’ve already encountered.
Homecoming is here to meet you where you are.
This rhythm simply gives us somewhere to come back to together.
