About the event
This space is not about reliving what happened.
It’s about understanding how those experiences may still be shaping your relationship with your body, your voice, and your sense of safety—and gently exploring what it looks like to come back to yourself with awareness and care.
Through guided grounding, reflective prompts, and facilitated conversation, participants will be supported in:
reconnecting with parts of themselves that have felt distant or silenced
making sense of what they’ve carried without becoming overwhelmed by it
identifying what they need now to feel more rooted, clear, and self-connected
