What Centered Is

Centered is your midweek, midday pause — a guided emotional health experience where your mind, body, and nervous system finally get to exhale. Each Wednesday, we meet live at 12:00–12:45 pm CT for grounding practices, nervous system regulation techniques, somatic awareness, and

gentle reflection.​ It’s your space to come home to yourself, reconnect, and practice emotional well-being on purpose — whether you’re joining as an individual or gathering your team as a workplace benefit.


Not every week will be quiet meditations. Not every week will be stillness. 

Yet every week we will co-regulate in affirming ways that allow us to feel, release, and reset.

Together we'll explore creative, evidence-based, ways to give your nervous system exactly what

it needs.

Everything in the Live + Library tier, plus full membership to Adult Time Out, including weekly SYAD sessions and ATO community access.This is the full system for ongoing emotional health.
